This session will describe the story of our journey, from introducing the first Comm Cell (and what are those?) through to it becoming  an embedded and integral part of our professional service culture.

The presenters will share pain points, challenges and what they have learned. This interactive presentation will explain what a comm cell is, the structure of it, how it adds value and gives everyone a voice.
