We use our extensive contact database for targeted property eblasts, direct mail postcards, phone calls to targeted prospects, presentation on the Sperry Van Ness National Sales Call, etc.
We maintain continuous communication with all parties to insure closing is on track, and go beyond typical agent duties to eliminate all barriers to closing.
