"Like most municipalities, Avon has borrowed money to fund various capital projects. Capital projects are necessary to allow for the growth the City has experienced. Particularly, since the year 2000. One of the strengths of the City's debt profile is that we have many dedicated debt repayment sources. Including, tax increment financing revenues, voluntary special assessments and third party payments." - Bill Logan
