Defining "personality" can be difficult. Just look at the screen capture at left from a Google search. Our concern is not so much that we reach a perfect definition consensus as much as it is understanding the big picture concerning how human personality develops.
Before we go further down this path, however, let's take an online personality inventory test and see what we can learn about ourselves right now.
Then, we will examine the results; from there, we will head into the main theories concerning personality development.
