Focus on the following through interactive instruction and activities:

Read John Maxwell’s 21 Irrefutable Laws of Leadership and participate in a group book club via phone/Skype. The book is a helpful overview of leadership with each chapter providing a practical “how to” for increasing leadership acumen. Book Clubs are held 2-3 times a year and last about 12 weeks.
This program exposes new and seasoned managers to professional knowledge, well-tested tools, and proven processes and techniques that are essential for growth. The required courses below are a mix of instructor led in-person and virtual classes, self-directed eLearning and participation in book clubs and collaborative peer groups. All skills and competencies developed are applicable to other areas of life and will help with practicing better people and interaction skills. Finally, every Manager who completes this program will be recognized and rewarded. In addition to the internal value and confidence received, they will also receive some tangible gifts: a professional portfolio, a book for continued learning, a framed certificate, and a financial reward. Participation and completion will be tracked in the manager's learning plan in EBU.
