I have a deep compassion for employee happiness and being in a workplace that fosters friendly competition and a positive and encouraging environment.
With an optimistic personality and positive attitude about most things, I thrive in an environment where employees are supported and change occurs for the better. I value the investment of time and energy by managers into their subordinates and I believe that when there is support from those managers, people can thrive.
I learn a lot about how to lead people and gain respect while also making the lives of the people around me better.
