The taxes were raised differently in each income group.
It discourages healthy economic behaviors.
It could change their incomes.
United States GDP growth is higher than other's.
This change will be tough to make.
They don't like to increase taxes.
It could make the politicians and corporate funders unhappy.
People with higher incomes move to countries with lower taxes

Loss of jobs in all departments.
Lower quality of education.
Made small cuts to the least important departments.
Budget Surplus allows for emergency spending.
- Obstacle: the culture of museums could diminish
-Solution: privatize some of the larger museums
-Obstacle: creating a lower quality of work-ethic
-Solution: introduce lessons in K-12 school
