The first Buddhist teaching I decided to focus on was right speech. This teaching can be found in The Noble Eightfold Path. Right speech is to not lie, no rude speech, and no telling one person what another says about him. This can help in today's modern society by helping to fix hate because, people wouldn't lie to each other and they would trust them more and be more comfortable around each other and people wouldn't be saying rude things about other people
The second teaching I decided to focus on was right Samadhi. This teaching can be found in The Noble Eightfold Path. Right Samadhi is reacting to the four stages of dhyāna ("meditation") which includes samadhi proper in the second stage, and reinforces the development of the bojjhagā, culminating into upekkha (equanimity) and mindfulness. this can help in today's society because meditation and mindfulness can help tremendously reduce stress.
The third teaching i decided to focus on is Right Resolve or intention This teaching can be found in The Noble Eightfold path. Right resolve or intention is the giving up home and adopting the life of a religious mendicant in order to follow the path; this concept aims at peaceful renunciation, into an environment of non-sensuality, non-ill-will (to loving kindness), away from cruelty (to compassion). This can help achieve world peace because because it can bring people together to lovingly kindness and compassion
