What is the problem?
At this case, problem exist. From Golden Lumber Company the problem may defined as; "you also think your job. You are new in this place and as a new comer, you have to prove your worth." Let's define this that Nando must think that he is a trainee, and as a trainee he must learn to adjust and adopt the characteristics and life strategies of his fellow employees.
Therefore the problem is that Nando never knew his big responsibility in the company being a trainee of personnel supervisor. He has also given a choice of not continuing his resignation, like what is stated case "It is up to you if you want to be one of us" but he continued his resignation and accepted on the following day that he submitted his resignation on July 6, 2010.
