In the years leading up to the New Unit Sales & Onboarding model now employed at the Sam Houston Area Council, unit production was a priority for the Field Team, but it seemed like the harder we tried, the harder we struggled.
The new unit production expectation on a District Executive was rarely achieved, and as the role of District Executive continues to become more complex, would likely never be achievable.
The New Unit Sales & Onboarding model changed all of that by creating production oriented Scouting Sales Professionals and a team of trained Onboarding Specialists to take organizations from “Yes” to “Go”.
