We have reached January, which is not only the first month of 2019...it's also MONTH #4 of audits for the State! How quickly these four months have passed!
Our "Measure of Success" has been submitted, and we are now awaiting response. While we haven't met our measures for Treatment Plans for any of these four months, check out how far you've come:
January (first two weeks): 88%
We continue to monitor "The Big Three," including staffing, rounds, and treatment plans. Please continue to work toward improving and maintaining your AMAZING progress! Great job!
Mandatory Training for RNs

"Shout out to Kelly Morris! She was exceptional! She is very thorough and proficient in her role. She was an excellent teacher, and she found things for me to do, which was very appreciated!"
"I would like to send a great big shout out to Butch Gast! While sitting in the quiet room with a patient all night and being very uncomfortable, he allowed me to use his pillow for my back, and I felt so much better! Thanks, Butch, for making my night much better!"
"Shout out to Larraine Moore! She does a great job completing and charting groups. She keeps the patients involved all day long!"
