I strongly believe in the importance of building a stable, rich network of opportunities for young professionals.
I am able to spend time on the Network's events and priorities on a consistent, weekly basis.
My work values align with the ELN's commitment to respect, professionalism, horizontal leadership, and inclusive collaboration.
I have many ideas for future events I'd like to share, including networking chats with front-line managers; social lunch hours; group coaching sessions; and a workshop on common psychological biases in the workplace.
Although I'm enthusiastic about my ideas, my primary objective is to listen to what YOU want and to help you reach your own goals.
I would be glad to use the ELN as a platform to make a positive difference in the careers and professional lives of new civil servants, while encouraging introspection, cooperation, and lifelong learning.
