Archimedes

Archimedes was born in 287 B.C. in the port city of Syracuse, he went to school in Alexandria, Egypt, where he studied under the famous mathematician Euclid. After he finished his studies he returned to Syracuse where he lived for the rest of his life. After a while, he became good friends with King Heiro II of Syracuse. Archimedes helped the city from the Romans using his amazing mathematics skills. Sadly, he was killed by a Roman Soldier in 212 B.C. He was a scientist, mathematician, physicist, engineer, astronomer and inventor, he was one of the most brilliant mathematicians of all time and still is till this day

**Hippocrates**

Hippocrates was one of the first person to believe the diseases were natural and not because of gods, he and his followers were the first the describe a lot of diseases and medical conditions.

Euclid

Euclid is a famous mathematician, people call him the father of geometry . Not much is known about his life, but its believed that he was a student of Plato. He was born around 365 B.C. and died around 300 B.C, he is mostly known for his book "The Elements".

Pythagoras

Pythagoras is yet another mathematician, but he might be one of the most important mathematician of his time. He was born in B.C on the small Greek island Samos. During his life, he perfected his method of traveling education, where he taught in Middle-Eastern cities.
