Request for Formula
- Request formula send to designated person (TBA) with plan contract, booklets, rates, cost share, and previous carrier most recent invoice
- Designated person will manually creates formula & sends back to the IS
- Instructions must be set up in the same order that its received
- Validation of formula:
- Generate a pay run
- Pull statement of earnings
- Reconcile
Setup Billing
- Create bill per Employee by run report under sealed reports
- Confirm Employee and Employer portion
- Send to the client to review
- Order EPI - to approve payroll (client side that will have all this benefits info)
