Time Frame for Completion of a Search Project
Begin to create a list of targeted companies while simultaneously writing the job specification.
Develop a list of contacts within the targeted companies and begin to source the contacts. The contact list will continue to expand throughout the process as referrals are provided to the team.
Begin candidate development & select a candidate who meets the job specification for the client's review. We prefer to gauge the first few candidates as a barometer to ensure we are sourcing acceptable candidates.
Utilizing the feedback received from client: The operations team will continue sourcing candidates while we conduct in-depth interviews to select the 5-7 best candidates that line up accordingly with the job description.
Create an initial portfolio of resumes containing each candidate's detailed profile which we submit for our client's review and selection.
Work with the client to select interview dates and times.
Repeat steps 5 & 6 if more candidates are necessary.
Narrow the selection and present an overview of the client's offer to the final candidate. It is our process to be the moderator in finalizing the details of the offer so that the candidate has no surprises and is in the position to immediately accept the agreed upon terms.
