Tension needs to be equal in the warp (vertical) and weft (horizontal) to achieve unified mesh openings.
Check each direction of the mesh weave with a tension meter. Keep above 20 Newtons for best results.
Let It Sit
Retensioning roller frames be sure to let the screen sit for a bit and recheck the tension. Add more if needed.

Free of tape and debris
Clean frame to remove all ink, gunk and residue. Keep it pristine.
Static aluminum frames have to be remeshed when the tension gets too low to use.
Retensionable frames can be reworked and retensioned as you use them.
Print with matched tensioned frames for better results and registration.
Screen Cleaning Tips
Dehaze and degrease both sides of mesh, this will remove ghost images and ink stains.
Try to do this at least once every three uses.
Dehazing and degreasing improves emulsion adhesion and prevents pinholes.
Store in clean, dust-free area.
