WORKING PRACTICES
THREE STRANDS
Students, colleagues and leadership have the skills and confidence to exploit digital tools and working practices
Equipment, systems and tools are fit for purpose and designed to enable colleagues to use the digital environment
Digital first in all that we do with working practices embracing and exploiting our digital environment in user-centred processes
WESTMINSTER DIGITAL STRATEGY
Raise the digital capability standard of the organisation as a whole encompassing:
- the usability and utility of its systems
- the digital skills and confidence of its staff and students
This will ensure that our students and staff are able to make effective use of the opportunities that our digital tools and systems offer.
Ensure students have a consistent and rich digital learning experience throughout their journey with us that is inclusive and support future student employment and lifelong learning
Provide enabling learning spaces and resources, that integrate physical and virtual, and are focused on the needs of all stakeholders in promoting active learning and co-creation
Re-design and refocus the way work is done by all staff and students
Change manner in which services and support are provided by the university to all key stakeholders by being ‘Digital First’
MEASURING SUCCESS
