REAL ESTATE INVESTING PRODUCTS
1. I will warrant that you will purchase at least 1 property within the year.
2. You must make 6 offers a week each and every week for that year for that warrant to remain active.
With each program, I will fulfill on the number of calls that you have purchased. I will walk you through each transaction that you’ll write-up. I am the mind, you are the hands. I will ask you to do the tasks and in order to be successful and I will expect that you will fulfill my requests.
It’s primarily your job to write offers on six properties each week. It’s not your job to second guess whether the offers will be accepted. You have no idea the back story on the properties, so you don’t know how motivated the sellers are. You make the offers and see if it sticks.
I will ask you to put 5 to 10 hours of work in on this endeavor each and every week. The primary activities that you will perform are to find inventory and to find buyers. I will teach you how to do both. After the first week, I will ask you to make at least 6 offers each week and to talk to 10 buyers each week and I will give you scripts for both tasks.
This business is about numbers and the number of offers you make each week is critical to your success!
You also must have at least 5 separate marketing programs going at the same time. It might be making 5 to 10 phone calls each week, knocking on 10 doors each week, sending out 50 mailers each week, handing out 25 door hangers each week, placing 20 bandit signs each week, Etc.
We will talk about these and other marketing campaigns that you could run each week. I am looking forward to helping you be a successful real estate investor.
