How We Are Fighting IT Debt
BEA continually seizes opportunities to modernize applications and to implement new technology. In an effort to consolidate the application portfolio, BEA decommissioned over 40 applications. It is imperative that developers stay abreast of new technology. To support that effort, BEA provides developers with access to online training courses and suggested training paths.
In My Own Words
My goal is to always operate with excellence. We should give a perfect effort with the time and resources we have. We could all do better with more of both, but excellence is about maximizing what you do have to work with.
