When I'm given a certain task/job to do, whether it be getting captions, doing interviews, or even taking around a pass, I get it done and get it done quickly.
Friendly/Work Well Together
I work extremely well with other people, no matter how difficult or frustrating they might be. I'll find a way to make sure I get things done while keeping a smile on my face and not being angry!
There will be points in time where I do get slightly distracted or off task, but with a small reminder, I will get back to my job.
My phone is sometimes the one thing that holds me back from a few things, but I'm doing better at making sure I stay off of it when I need to do things.
I will always make sure to get other classwork finished ahead of time. Since my classes will be easy and are classes I know I will enjoy doing, I'll be able to give double (or even triple) the amount of time toward Yearbook and making sure the book gets put out on time!
I am always going to be open to helping other people get to the point where they aren't left behind or lost. If someone is not on task or doing what they are suppose to, I will guide them to the direction they need to be in.
With planners, journals, and reminders, I am always in the know of what I have/need to be doing. Unless someone has an entirely different pathway of what I need to do, I will always know what to do and how do to it the way I like to.
What I do to keep MYSELF organized?
I will always make sure that people know how to do things. Whether it be simple or slightly complicated, I will make sure to have an organized guideline for not only myself, but for the other people that need to be working alongside me.
What I do to keep OTHERS organized?
I always like things to be clean and simple: if it is complicated, I will reorganize it to me simpler for not only me, but everyone else. Messy life is not something I want to deal with, so I do keep everything neat.

SOME THINGS TO CHANGE
Being honest with the entire group
Not letting even the smallest slip by
Branching out to very risky stories
Have small meetings to discuss everything we need to do
HERE ARE A FEW THINGS I THINK WE COULD CHANGE. I WILL FURTHER EXPLAIN ON THE NEXT SLIDE!
If someone is slacking around and not doing what they are suppose to, then we need to let them know. If the entire group is not doing their greatest, which can affect how the whole team works, someone needs to speak up and say so.
There shouldn't be someone on a team who won't help or do the portion of their job. If this was a work place, that specific person would be thrown off immediately, so why should anyone on this team not have the same protocols?
There are points in time when I've seen us often play it safe in both Yearbook and Newspaper. To me, I think we could branch out to talking about things that SHOULD be talked about (depression/mental health, the planet dying, etc.) instead of something so little. If we are given a big platform, we need to use it effectively.
Whether it be about what is most needed to be done, or just a meeting to see how everyone is, I think having even a five minute meeting could help us all work smoother. That way everyone knows what they need to do, or how they could fix problems.
I believe that I could bring a fresh new look to the staff and help change things around to make us work in a way that people might have not done before. I'm a hard worker, and if you ask my opinion on anything, I will do it a million percent better than the next person. If you need me to do something for you, I will take time out of my day to make sure it is done and done well.
I will further voice my opinion and help make decisions when it comes to the book/paper, but will never demean someone else's ideas.
