Jobs meets Steve Wozniak when he was just 18; a start to a very successful relationship. Wozniak was into high-tech equipment and he and Jobs shared similar interest.
Wozniak shows his ndew computo design to Jobs in '76, and Jobs saw the market in this idea and the possibility of doing something extraordinary. They started to produce the computers in Job's parents' garage, and they started Apple
Jobs drops out of Reed College in '72 and in '74 Jobs travels to India to explore spirituality. There, he learned "intuition". The experience also taught him the beauty of simplicity
In december of 1980, Apple went public. The top engineers and people in the company got issued a lot of stock while others, lower down on the pedal, got none. This was controversial, but the story is about Jobs' overnight success, and the company, along with Jobs, became rich.
Jobs had a temporary fallout with Apple as he was voted out of the company and relieved of his role as CEO in 1985. Jobs was already a multimillionaire and he didn't waste much time as he started another tech company and also bought Pixar Films for 5 million.
Apple purchased Jobs' new tech company and Jobs rejoined Apple and shortly took over his former CEO position in 1997. Apple was on the verge of bankrupcy when Jobs came back, and with his leadership, Apple made a comeback.
2007 was perhaps the greatest year and the start of a legacy for Apple. Jobs announced the launch of the iPhone. This phone was a combination of previously made software and hardware, and the phone became idolized and loved. Unfortunately, Jobs still had his cancer.
Jobs was first diagnosed with Pancreatic Cancer in 2003. He later informed the company in 2004. He had a rare type of cancer. Instead of listening to doctor and friends' recommendations, Jobs pursued alternative cures. He lost 9 months due to this, and by that time, the cancer had grown.
Jobs passed on October 5th 2011 to his cancer. He spent the last 3 years of his life focused on his company and family life. Surely, he left behind an undeniable legacy that changed the world and the phone, music, and technology industry.
