Arrow Up is an establishing, socially responsible, fashion brand with a focus on urban youth development and community building, Arrow Up is on a mission to suit our leaders of tomorrow with the proper tools for gaining success, which include but are not limited to fashion, education, mentorship, and overall a positive mindset. We all have potential, and Arrow Up is all about reaching that potential with its slogan being "Reach your potential." Arrow Ups brand is all about learning and progress. Our target clients are millennials ages 18-34, and the missions focus will be on individuals ages 12-19. The company will first establish its roots in the heart of the Lehigh Valley in Pennsylvania and will strive to build a stronger community to further contribute to a progressive economy. Arrow Up seeks to have a presence and an impact in communities all across the country and further across the world in future terms.

The consumer Purchases Arrow Up Apparel
Arrow Up Sells Apparel at set price. $4 of each product sold will go towards R2C2 and their funds for creating programs for our youth. Arrow Up will also assist in community service events put together by R2C2 per $1,000 sold in products.
R2C2 creates programs for the youth of the Lehigh Valley area with grants and funds from Arrow Up 4.0 program
Our youth receive the benefits of the programs developed by R2C2 that was partially funded by Arrow Up.

What is the Impact Hub?
Impact Hubs are part innovation lab, part business incubator, and part community center. They offer their members a unique ecosystem of resources, inspiration, and collaboration opportunities to grow impact and believe a better world evolves through the combined accomplishments of creative, committed and compassionate individuals focused on a common purpose.
The concept started in London in 2005 and since has grown to a global network of 62 Impact Hubs, growing at a rate of one new Impact Hub per month. The network has doubled in size every 2 years since 2005.
Youth Impact Hub Project
What is the Youth Impact Hub?
Currently there is only one Youth Impact Hub in the world and currently it is located in Oakland California. The Youth Impact Hub of Oakland is a multi-sector collaboration between United Roots, Youth Seed, and Impact Hub Oakland. Impact HUB Oakland connects Youth HUB Fellows to the business community,Youth SEED offers social entrepreneurship training & seed funding, and United Roots provides a co-working office space for the young people.

- A partnership to fulfill the mentoring/consulting on business development and etc. must be established. (S.C.O.R.E could fit in)
