Effect on South Vietnamese
The South Vietnamese trust people had on the U.S didn't have an effect on them after his death.
The effect of King effected the public opinion on American War was that it lined up pubic opinion and news opinion against him.
On April 4 1968, just after 6 pm, King was standing on the second floor balcony of the Lorraine Motel, when a snipers bullet struck him in the back of the neck. He was rushed to the nearest hospital and pronounced dead an hour later, at the age of 39.
