The Battle of Dunkirk ranged from May- June of 1940. It was basically the evacuation of British and Allied forces in Europe. The German troops made a plan called Operation Dynamo and this plan was supposed to be the grand way to evacuate the "enemies." German troops cornered the Allied troops and British Expeditionary Forces until they were forced to evacuate. Later, on June 6, 1940, German troops rose during the Fall of Paris.
