Families will receive a School-Parent Compact within the first two weeks of school to read, sign, and return.
Green Transportation form needs to be filled out and turned in tonight as well to help with first day of school transportation.
What does this mean for you?
Doors open at 7:15 a.m.
Breakfast served from 7:15-7:50 a.m.
School begins at 7:50 a.m.
Students are considered tardy after 7:55 a.m.
Parents/Guardians should follow drop-off/pick-up procedures in order to keep everyone safe.
Begins at 3:21 p.m.
Pickup: Students will be given 2 “car tags” that should be displayed on rear-view mirror for afternoon pickup to expedite pickup line procedures. Car pickup will begin after walkups.
Walkup: Park in Eastern Hills Church parking lot on East Travis Street and walk up to gym area to get your child. You must be in the pickup area by 3:30 p.m. in order to do a walk-up.
All parents should approach the school by coming south on Indian Springs then turning RIGHT onto East Travis Street.
ALL cars will line up headed “WEST” on East Travis Street to enter the drop off area in the rear of the building.
Cars will form one line close to the curb.
No one will be permitted to enter pickup/drop off through Nehls Street. Nehls will be used for exiting the school only.
Students will enter/exit vehicles on the PASSENGER side.
PLEASE DO NOT EXIT YOUR VEHICLE
Car line Rules:
Stay in your vehicle.
Do NOT skip the line.
Do not stop your car in the bus entry or exit.
Students must enter/exit vehicle on the passenger side.
Do not block the staff parking exit.
Send a note/email to the teacher, call the school by 2:50 p.m.
We are unable to check students out after 2:50 p.m. so that we can provide a safe dismissal for all students.
