Trough Having this connection to a femininity in my ancillary products it not only relates to the fact that my artists are a female band but also helps to attract the female target audience making it successful in its promotional aspects.
The femininity was then transferred into my music video through focusing it on the close bond of a female friendship group. This is shown with them having fun, dancing together and enjoying themselves whilst performing for the music video (image below). I have also taken the concept of, existing artists represent themselves in a creative way, and applied it to my video through the use of varied shots captured in interesting styles at different angles, to generate creativity in the music video. An example of this would be how in the filming stages a camera brace was used so that the camera operator could walk between the artists to capture different angles and movement all in one take. The Music video was also made to be slightly creative through the use of a quick flash between shots when a clap it put in place of the snare drum. Additionally this creates a relationship between the music and visuals, on of Andrew Goodwin's points on music video conventions.
