Director, Patient Care
Rachel began working for Beacon in 2013. Since that time, she's displayed an incredible ability to lead others. Rachel's favorite thing about the Post-Surg team is how family oriented they are. They support each other in the field and out! Rachel is a servant leader that always focuses on appreciation and getting people in the right spot for them. She loves country music and last jammed out in her car to Tennessee Whiskey by Chris Stapleton. And when you thought she couldn't get any cooler, taking her family to Ireland is a bucket list item of hers!
Manager, Patient Care
Gretchen has been an irreplaceable asset for 21 years! She believes a leader must love their people, serves as a coach, encourages and supports the team. Gretchen loves how close and caring her team is; they are very much family oriented! When Gretchen isn't working, she enjoys spending time with family, especially supporting her daughters cheer leading and softball. The last song she listened to in her car was Happy by Pharell Williams! CLAP ALONG!
