I was born in Atlanta, GA but that did not last long...
Here, there and yonder...
I grew up in the San Francisco Bay Area. It was about 65 degrees year-round and my neighborhood was full of culture and languages.
Ages 0-19: San Francisco Bay Area, CA
I went to college at Marquette University, so I lived in Milwaukee, WI for 4 years. Can you imagine going from the West Coast to -15 degree weather? I loved it! I hate the cold, but I loved my new friends, who became like family.
Ages 19-23: Milwaukee, WI
For the past 10 years since college, I have lived on the East Coast. I lived in Delaware for quite a while and recently moved to right outside of Philly when I accepted my new job.
Ages 23-present: East Coast
I've been to 34 states:
I went whitewater rafting!
I had so many yummy food dishes.
New Orleans, LA
Cool views, despite foggy weather
Somewhere Under the Rainbow
Across the pond
Dairy was not refrigerated
and people were arrogant!
Visited The Louve, Eiffel Tower, Arc De Triomphe and Notre Dame Cathedral.
Visited a concentration camp;
too young to try German beer at the Hofbrauhaus.
I got strep throat and went to the ER. Saw the doctor immediately with no wait. The medication and visit were almost free.
As a Catholic, this was an amazing experience for me!
Beautiful churches, great handcrafted leather. Tons of pickpockets!
Amazing mountaintop views, rich history, beautiful language, cool monasteries built into rock formations
