About Us

StudyTact is a mobile app based marketplace for University Students. Our platform provides Peer-to- Peer tutoring to University Students on a premise that a student gets tutored by a peer who has taken the same class from the same professor and Aced it.

Our Story

Every idea starts with a problem. Ours was simple: Let’s make learning uncomplicated and accessible. We hope to develop and test new types of learning experiences that can be used to help unlock human potential across India.

We’re building a network of partner schools who share a similar aim of transforming educational experiences for their students. Using StudyTact’s technology platform and the knowledge garnered from our team of psychologists, educators, entrepreneurs, and students, we are optimizing the processes and creating a whole-child, personalized learning environment.

In keeping with our mission, we provide a year-long, after school, a mixed-age program with a project-based learning approach. We believe that when you give determined people simple ways to do the right thing, amazing things will happen.

StudyTact tutors get 75% of the hourly rates they set.

Tutor.com pays their tutor between $10-$20. This is approximately 40%-50% of what they charge the students

Chegg tutoring pays their tutor up to $20. This is approximately 62% of what they charge the students

With StudyTact you can make anywhere between $15-$30. You get 75% of every tutoring session and you can move up to 85% with experience
