You may feel chilly. Bring warm clothes in layers and a blanket.
Wear loose clothing that can be rolled/unbuttoned to connect to treatment.
Treatment lasts for a few hours. Bring a charged laptop, phone, books or headphones to listen to the TV that we provide!
