Step 1 - Self Evaluation
We have examined each department and what tasks are done on a daily basis and the average amount of time it takes to complete the tasks.
We have discovered that at least most departments do not need an entire 8 hours to complete their daily tasks...
This has led to a decline in new projects, ideas, and motivation...
Step 2 - Maximize down time
"There is a mismatch between what science knows and what business does"
Studies have shown that there are a few intrinsic factions that may boost engagement and motivation in the work place...
Not including your usual lunch break, you will be given
90 minutes of mandatory free range time each day.
During this time you are free to go and collaborate
or simply go home.

Step 3 - Project Collaborations
Starting now on all group projects, you have the choice to initiate any project with your group or join or create any group to begin or work on a project.
Full creative control
You are free to schedule presentations of any project with or without your department boss present.
Step 4 - The No Heat Zone
We will now hold a meeting once a week where will allow all employees to meet with their managers and voice and address any complaints and frustrations that they may have.
"When the heat is not lowered, steam escapes"
This will be a "No Heat Zone" where there will be no grudges or consequences and managers will actively seek solutions throughout the week.
