These learners have evolved past the stereotypical high school experience and have the need or desire to graduate early to begin a trade. Society is shifting. Technology is changing our education system, workforce, and the inherent make up of our learners.
I want to protect these students from dropping out by giving thm a place and an option that will prepare them for the work force and give them to the tools to be marketable and competitive.
The successful programs I researched started small and built from success. Starting small allows big problems to get fixed before they are out of control.
