RIS PCD O365 GOVERNANCE FRAMEWORK
TEAM DATA CLASSIFICATION
You must not use Teams for Customer/Compliance/Casework/Investigation information. Unless agreed with SIBP/SIM Team
Before creating a Team you must check the DSG Teams Register to ensure duplicate Teams are not being created
A Grade 7 or above must authorise the creation of a Team.
DSG TEAMS REGISTER
Within 48hrs of creating the Team. The G7 or nominated officer must complete the RIS PCD O365 Registration Form. This will auto populate the DSG Register.
Your Team must adopt the naming convention
One of the Team Owners
must be a Grade 7 or above. A Team must have a minimum of 2 owners and no more than 5.
The Grade 7 is responsible for identifying the life expectancy of the Team.
DSG will notify DSG Reps when
1. Teams are inactive for 3 month.
2. Membership needs to be reviewed.
3. Expiration date has been reached
When a Team is closed DSG must be notified within 48hrs so register can be updated.
Data held in Teams must be retained in line with Data retention policy
