STEPS TO SUCCESS

Step 01

Recruitment & Training

Oxford Omega recruits members both from our Middle School Green Power Team and from High school students.  New members are then trained in the necessary skills to continue team development.

Step 02

Organization

Staying organized is the best thing we can do for our team. We work together, and if all members do their jobs, then we are always getting better.

Step 03

Maintenance

The car is what this is all about. We are always monitoring for potential issues, and refuse to settle for anything but the absolute best.

Data Collection & Analysis

Collecting data is very important in figuring out how to improve your car. Studying things like lap times, tire pressure, and voltage help us improve.

Step 06

Reflection

Using the data we collect on the cars and on the performance of our team, we can reflect and make adjustments in order to maximize team efficiency.
