Connection Outage

Phishing incidents

• Discovered issue with fibre module in IPU
• Swapped this fibre module with the one in Rainbow Place
• Installed a temporary network switch in Rainbow Place with a built-in fibre module
• Ordered two new fibre modules for expected delivery and installation on Friday 3rd May.

IPU building outage (27/04/19)

• Sent an email notification to all Hospice Staff to notify them of phishing scam circulating and what to look out for
• Currently improving our locking spam with strict email filter to block future phishing emails.

• SoW signed of for phone replacements and pager hardware

4/04/2019

• Held initial training for Medimap
• Set up two iPads for training (four were procured and DEP’d, however two we could not build due to the Cisco Meraki Licensing limit being reached)

15/04/2019

• Techspot team met with team leaders to discuss folder structure, and permissions, and lock in migration dates for departments
  

18/04/2019

• Employed Adam as IT Administrator based at Hospice
  
• In his first week, Adam received full training in all the technical tools Techspot uses at Hospice
• Adam then shadowed Jodi for two weeks 
• The entire Techspot team has a daily 15-minute stand-up meeting

• Go-Live is rescheduled (originally proposed for 1st May)

21/04/2019

• Migrated third iteration of the Hospice drive to SharePoint online

• Department migrations will begin after management approval

• Quote for electrical work for Lake Road approved
