Zoe's Personal Leadership Theory
The focus of my leadership style has always been focused around people, however just because this is my top priority does not mean I don’t have other focuses. I chose a pyramid to represent my leadership style because I believe that what I hold as core values for my style are also building blocks into what makes me a good leader.
Relationship theory was chosen because of my focus on people and relationships. I value the people who work for me and my coworkers.
Functional Leadership theory was chosen based on the focus of balance. I think balance is important in order to be a an authentic leader
Trait theory was chosen because I realize the basis of this is employee development and this was a huge part of where I am today. Someone took me under their wing and I think that makes a great leader as well.
