The mission should explain what your business does everyday. It encompasses the business's goals and what you are doing to achieve those goals. The vision statement, on the other hand represents the boarder aspirations and deeper purpose of why your business exist.
Fifth Step: Personality
Let's think about your brands personality and tone of voice? Are you a fun modern business with whimsical colors? Or a traditional business with a serious tone? Choose what best aligns to your business.
Sixth Step: SWOT Analysis
Write out your S.W.O.T analysis. What are your business's strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats?
