Repetitive Stress Injuries
What happens is that when stress occurs often you body joints don't have the time to recover so what happens, is that your tendons and muscles becomes irritated and inflamed.
One of the common ways teens get RSI teens get RSI, is linked to the stress of repetitive motions on their computers.

Teens can get RSI is by texting because when you are texting people mostly would look down at their phone and that would affect their neck, therefore people would usually get neck pain.
Also your fingers will start to ache if you are texting for a long amount of time.

RSI is not always caused by devices. It can also be caused by playing instruments. You get RSI because when you repeat the same moves for a long time you can get RSI.
The most common symptoms are pain (sometimes strong), numbness, and restricted range of moves in that area.

How To Treat RSI
Medications (such as aspirin and ibuprofen) and sometimes sleeping tablets (only if sleeping is affected by pain)
Can use cool or hot packs to relieve the pain/slowness

If you have been working alot on your device stand up and stretch and chill for around 15 minutes to get your focus back/ helps relieve stress.
