1. VEGETABLE CULTIVATION
Cultivation of vegetables by NHGs, the cultivated vegetables will be collected and marketed. Different types of vegetables are packed in two kilo packets and delivered to houses once in three days. For this a marketing network has to be formed. Activity groups consisting of five persons carry out the cultivation throughout the year.Latet trends in agriculture ,viz hydroponics,aquaponics,polyfarming etc,hould also be implemented on an experimental basis.
Soft loans should be given to the groups for buying cows.Cattle feeds should be made available to the groups at lower costs.Effective measures should be taken for the collection and distribution of milk.Training should be made available to the groups for making milk products.
Skill development plays an important role in women empowerment.Training centers should be established at district level. Training should be provided to groups and their service should be made available to various assembling units.The assembling units include electrical ,electronics ,mechanical components etc
The role of waste management is to turn waste into non-waste.Setting up of recycling plants-byproducts must be sold as a source of income .Bio-gas plants should be supplied at district levels. Government agencies should use the service of these groups at various government institutions and functions .
Soft loans and fishes should be supplied to the group.Expert training and advcie should be given to the groups.Setting up of fish processing units to be prioratised. Fishes for farming include tout ,tilapia etc
