SMARTFOX: Solving Pain Points
SIS Didn't Scale...
Student information system (SIS) didn't allow connections to our marketing software or our enrollment system, which necessitated manual data entry to enter students into the SIS.
...LMS Didn't Either
Online curriculum hosted on a third party LMS didn't allow us to scale because some manual entry was also required to enroll students in classes.
Busting Our Brand
When students or parents had a bad experience with our online courses, it was a reflection on Method. We didn't control our a key component of our core product.
Multiple unconnected systems caused a disparate patchwork of technology that required us to hire people to do things that should have been automated. This pulled budget from instruction which impacted student achievement and our brand.
Every student is our story. SmartFox, built by Method, is an online learning platform that saves money, keeps CA Ed funds in CA, and provides closed loop reporting for better academic results.
