Technological Communications in the Workplace - The Implementation of Instant Messaging
Key Findings and Recommendations
In a report conducted in the August of 2018, I researched and discussed the ways workplaces in the modern age have successfully implemented instant messaging, discussion forums and group chats into their every day lives to better communicate and collaborate with their colleagues.
Instant messaging is one of the most common forms of communication in the modern age. since its rise in the early 2000's instant messaging has gained popularity due to its accessibility, proficiency and ability to contact anybody in the world by the press of a button.
According to a study conducted by marketing expert Mike Kujawski, over 50% of earths population is active on instant messaging and social media apps.
In 2018 Facebook Messenger ranked the most popular instant messaging platform in the world.
The only national charity dedicated to helping those suffering with Leukaemia.
provide housing for rural patients visiting city hospitals for treatment.
fundraise the research for a cure.
many national events such as Ride as One, Australian Muscle Car Run, World's Greatest Shave
Large scale events
Require alot of collaboration and communication.

I suggest that The Leukaemia Foundation continues to use instant messaging, discussion forms and group chats to communicate but look at broadening the programs they use.
