We want to provide a safe and fair work environment to all of our employees. To ensure safety and fair treatment, disciplinary actions may be taken by supervisors and management when an employee fails to meet the workplace standards. Here are some examples of behavior that may lead to disciplinary actions:
- Unauthorized cell phone use in the warehouse
- Failing to adequately perform your job responsibilities
- Disregard for safety and security procedures
- Disparaging or disrespecting supervisors and/or co-workers
If you have a question, don't be afraid to ask your supervisor!
First Verbal Warning
Second Verbal Warning
A third offense may lead to a formal written warning
They may be verbally warned and provided feedback about their behavior
If an employee fails to meet workplace standards:
If the behavior is not corrected, a second verbal warning may occur with more feedback
Further incidents may lead to more severe disciplinary actions.
