To track progress toward the ambitious goals of our Vision 2030 strategy, CRS has established global indicators and targets for the priority outcomes we aspire to achieve in people’s lives. FY2020 was the first year that we aggregated these outcomes across our projects to measure global results.
In addition to these global totals, results are available to all staff in Power BI disaggregated by country, region, and sector, as well as by gender, age, and other categories.

PSDI is an annual count of the number of program participants reached by CRS globally in each program area. In some cases projects may count the same participant under multiple program areas because the participant receives services in more than one sector, e.g., health and agriculture. Therefore, aggregating participant numbers across program areas may double-count such participants.
