Dealer demand for training is high, and yet, dealers are often not aware of the training resources already available to them. So we completely overhauled the Learning Portal to make it a much better experience!

Now our dealers can explore learning opportunities by role, such as install technician or office staff. Or, if they want specific product training, they can access offerings by product type. We even improved the search capability to help them locate content faster.

We have over 60 "how-to" videos in our Field Tech Help (FTH) library, and we add a new video almost every month. These short videos offer technicians focused and practical help and are easy to find on the new learning portal.
Podcasts are great to listen to while driving to and from job sites and customer meetings. Dealers can access over 20 podcasts on marketing concepts, products, and customer research. Many of our podcasts share the latest news in less than 10 minutes!

Mobile devices are changing how we learn on the job. Luckily, the new Learning Portal works great from a smartphone or tablet. Adding the link to the Home Screen makes it even easier to access!
