The Citrix Migration
To enhance customer service and information security, Intuit is updating the Citrix login process.
Use this job aid if the Citrix migration failed to launch on your Intuit-provided laptop.
Open a web browser and type ctx.intuit.com. The Checking Your Device prompt will appear. This will confirm you are using an Intuit-provided laptop.
Click Download. The nsepa_setup64.exe file will download to your computer.
Open the file and click Run.
Follow the installation process.
Click Finish to complete the Setup Wizard.
The NetScaler Gateway window will appear asking, Do you wish to run the scan? Click Yes.
The Citrix Log On page will appear. Log into your Citrix account.
