Branding is considered to be any visual or written mention of an agent or brokerage in any field or photo in which the general public can access. Some examples are: signs visible in property photos, watermarks or logos, borders around a photo with a company's colors, or contact information or names in the Marketing Remarks. Branding of any kind is immediately fineable according to SOMO Rules & Regs policy, Page 18.
