Most of my efforts are in understanding how learning programs can drive competency and skills that grow the organization. Starting with business drivers, my teams identify the right behaviors to achieve the selected KPIs and then develop learning programs to instill the right behaviors in our organization.
I started my career on a factory floor and worked my way through several key positions in a very few short years. Thanks to those opportunities, I have very good knowledge of factory processes and activities. My passion has always been to find better ways to support operations with their daily tasks and actvities so that they can make a fuller contribution to the organization.
