Physical Change
Example of Physical Change: If you sand a wooden board, it changes on the outside. This is Physical Change
Physical Change happens when something changes in a chemical substance, but not a chemical composition.
Chemical Change
If something is happening but you can't see it, that's Chemical Change.
Example: Burning wood and souring milk are examples of Chemical Change.

Here are some Chemical Properties: Atomic Number, Atomic Mass, Density, Melting point and Boiling point.
