Religous Dictatorship in Afghanistan
The Taliban started in 1994 and is still in action to this day. It consists of a large number of students (Taliban). The Taliban refers to itself as the Islamic Emirates of Afghanistan. Since 2016 the leader of the Taliban has been Mawlawi Hibatullah Akhundzada. The Taliban had control over 90% of Afghanistan with military power. Until the invasion of Afghanistan after the 9/11 (September 11 attacks). The laws that the Taliban had enforced had been based on Islamic hadith and the Quran, for example, they banned music.
