Integrity and authenticity of student work is taken very seriously. Do not plagiarize, copy, or cut internet content or other online classmates' work.
DISCUSSION BASED ASSESSMENTS
An internet tool that compares student work through multiple databases against other students' work and work found on the internet.
TOOLS USED TO CHECK FOR ACADEMIC INTEGRITY:
Assignments are built-in that are designed for students to complete a verbal discussion with the instructor to test for mastery of content and original work.
At the instructor's discretion, students may be randomly selected to take a proctored exam to test for academic integrity.
ACADEMIC INTEGRITY HOTLINE/EMAIL
Parents, students, guidance counselors, and community workers can call or email anonymously to report any academic integrity related issue.

If a student fails to maintain academic integrity within the course, consequences range from receiving a reduced grade on an assignment and up to expulsion from the institute for up to one year.
